Pre-drilled XL pulleys
Description
The side profile of the XL profile timing belt pulleys resembles a gear wheel. The wedge angle of the teeth is 40 degrees. It is also the same width on the teeth and in the valleys between the teeth. The pitch of the XL pulleys is 1/5 inch, i.e. 5.08 mm. The gap can be measured from the center of the teeth to the center of the teeth or from the center of the teeth to the center of the teeth. The disc code of the products listed here is 037, i.e. they can be used for 9.5mm (~10mm) belts. Discs of other widths can be made from racks. A belt guide rim can be purchased separately for designs without a rim.

In the case of Sati****-branded products, the delivered product is not always Sati-branded, but in some cases it can be a product with Optibelt, Concar, or other brands, but completely identical in design to Sati.
