Backlash-free clutches
Description
Backlash-free clutches are used for synchronous drives. These are claw clutches that transfer torque from one axle to another completely without backlash. The play-free clutches consist of two metal hubs and one plastic clutch insert. The backlash-free Trasco-ES couplings are available in different versions. The type F (GESF) hub has a hole and a bolt for fastening (also with a locking track for the larger sizes), the type M (GESM) hub is slotted, can be fastened with a continuous bolt and is easily retrofitted . Version M (GESM-C), Type C, includes a locking rail and a fixing screw. In version A (GESA), the hub is provided with a clamp at both ends, which is pre-assembled and allows the coupling to be attached to the shaft without mechanical modification.
A special spacer can be used to increase the length of the Trasco-ES dead center couplings. In this case, two hubs, two inserts and an intermediate piece are mounted. If you are looking for a version that is not listed in the table below, please contact us. CONTACT.
