Rapid fit motor slide base

Description

The monobloc mounting base, also known as the motor sliding base, is the fastest and most economical way to mount electric motors. The six-size cold-rolled and then galvanized steel mounting base type can accommodate 63-180 house-sized electric motors. In all cases, a mounting base corresponding to the size of the electric motor must be used!

The pressed cover plate is designed to slide over the base plate to prevent vibration and noise while ensuring continuity of belt tension. The belts are tensioned by adjusting a single screw. The motor is bolted to the two-piece top plate, which can accommodate a wide range of motors. Center distance and belt tension adjustments can be made without loosening the engine mounting bolts.

Instructions for use for monobloc motor mount

Lightly oil the shaft under the cap
Lightly oil the shaft thread where it fits into the adjusting plate (B).
Adjust the base for the required engine
