Poly-V pulleys for taper bushes
General information
V-ribbed belt pulleys (also known as Poly-V pulleys or multi-v pulleys) are suitable for driving V-ribbed belts. The advantage of V-ribbed belts is that they can also be used on small-diameter pulleys, which is why these V-ribbed belt pulleys can be used from a diameter of 30mm. Another advantage of V-ribbed belts is that their power transmission capacity can be increased proportionally by simply increasing the width (number of ribs). V-ribbed belt pulleys are usually available in 4-6-8-12-16 and 20 rib widths. Not all widths are available in all designs!
The choice of tapered clamped poly-V pulleys is much larger than that of pre-drilled versions. In our webshop you can order tapered clamping Poly-V pulleys for PJ, PK and PL longitudinal belts. The part number and description of tapered bushing poly-V pulleys indicate which type of taper bush to use to secure the pulley. The taper bush is not part of the pulley, it must be ordered separately. After selecting the group of the specified clamping type, a taper bush corresponding to the shaft size should be selected here. (You can choose any brand of taper bush for any brand of pulley.)

Although the belt drive part of the industrial PK-marked pulleys is exactly the same in dimensions as the PK-marked V-ribbed belt pulley used in the automotive industry, their use in vehicles requires caution! In any case, find out whether your vehicle does not require a dual-mass or rubber-damped pulley!
