Bevel gear with straight teeth
Description
The tooth design of straight toothed bevel gears is the same as the tooth design of normal gears. Bevel gears are available with a standard module number of teeth. The standard gears are made of C45 steel. The bevel gears can transmit the drive on mutually perpendicular axes. The bevel gears are able to provide a gear ratio in the drive in proportion to the number of teeth of the paired gears. The standard ratios are 1:1 or 1:2 or 1:3 or 1:4.
